The Volkswagen Group's theme park: the Autostadt, continues to offer
incentive and conference visitors an impressive variety of exciting
attractions and amenities. The 40 hectare park features not only state
of the art conference facilities, but high-tech, interactive exhibits,
a museum filled with classic cars, seven brand pavilions, the largest
car distribution centre world-wide and its own five-star hotel, The
Ritz-Carlton, Wolfsburg.
Enhancing this exciting offer are
seasonal events and cultural programmes spread throughout the year.
Spring brings with it the Movimentos Festival Weeks which draw around
43,000 visitors in 2008 with international dance, classical and
contemporary concerts, workshops, discussions and readings. Summer
focuses on health and fitness and winter brings with it sparkling snowy
landscapes, a festive marketplace, ice-skating, performances and
delicious themed cuisine!
Underpinning the seasonal offers are
classic Autostadt experiences, a drivers license for children,
all-terrain track driving, safety and economy driving-training for
adults, boat trips on the Autostadt canal cruiser, and 13 restaurants
to choose from!
Tours of the Autostadt can be booked in one of
16 languages, hotel packages, restaurant bookings and all your
conferencing needs are meticulously catered for by our highly qualified
staff and in-house technicians.
